Job Summary & Responsibilities

Principle Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to functional team within the division
- Answering phone calls from external / internal clients
- Extensive diary management and meeting coordination
- Global travel arrangements and expense reporting  
- Organize and prepare meeting agenda and compile presentations
- Prioritization of time and filtering of correspondence
- Hosting clients and global managers when visiting the region
- Assisting with the coordination of logistics for external / corporate events

Basic Qualifications

- More than 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (Team Assistant experienced preferred)
- Good interpersonal skills with fluent communication skills in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Organized, proactive and efficient with the proven ability to take initiative
- Flexible and driven to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
- Experience with external / corporate event planning is not essential but highly preferred
