Role

Account Manager
Role
  • The Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing Infotech’s strategic long-term engineering relationships with existing clients in the Netherlands.
  • The position will operate out of our office in Breda, Netherlands. This position will report to the regional head/client partner and will interface with all major stakeholders in the relationship, including the client, our offshore engineering design center (in India), and our local engineering teams located at the client’s site.
Responsibilities
Client Management
  • Responsible for identification and communication of the critical success factors of strategic client engagements to the respective stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the client’s organization, acting as the local front end of Infotech.
Growth Management
  • Identification of new opportunities (account mining efforts), own/facilitate the proposal creation process for these opportunities.
  • Organize and lead discussions on proposals with client’s organization and work toward successful closure of contracts.
  • Develop and execute long-term plans for sustainable growth of the accounts.
Client Satisfaction
  • Track progress of various projects/programs under execution at Infotech.
  • Ensure success of these projects/programs by assisting Infotech’s engineering teams in India in management of critical success factors.
  • Identify, communicate and ensure implementation of actions toward achievement of client satisfaction.
Order Intake and Revenue
  • Responsible for the order intake and revenue recognition targets for assigned strategic client engagements.
  • Track progress of various projects/milestones and facilitate timely invoicing.
Profile
  • Experience in account management, preferably in a services business
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch. Additional language skills will be an added advantage
  • Location in the Netherlands (Breda) office of Infotech
  • Preferable:  Experience in working with Philips business units in healthcare/lighting, either within the organization or at a supplier

Einerseits der Kommunikator, sind Sie andererseits und vor allem der erfahrene Konstrukteur, der an der Abstimmung, Durchführung, Prüfung und Auslieferung von anspruchsvollen Konstruktionsprojekten mitwirkt. Role
The Client Partner is responsible for developing and managing Infotech’s strategic long-term engineering relationships with existing clients. This position is responsible for providing leadership to teams of account/engagement managers who are responsible for managing relationships with individual European accounts.
The position will operate out of our offices in Europe. The position will report to the regional head, and will interface with major stakeholders in the relationship including client, our offshore engineering design center (in India), and our account management teams located across Europe.
Responsibilities
Client Management
  • Responsible for identification and communication of critical success factors of strategic client engagements to respective stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client’s organization.
Team Management
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support for account managers/ engagement managers responsible for individual accounts.
  • Develop and help implement career progression plans for the team of account/engagement managers.
Growth Management
  • Articulate and execute long-term account plan/strategy to ensure sustainable growth of the accounts
  • Identification & conversion of new opportunities (account mining)
Client Satisfaction
  • Identify, communicate and track the key parameters which influence client satisfaction and own implementation of action plans to enhance the same
Order Intake and Revenue
  • Responsible for order intake and revenue recognition targets for the assigned strategic client engagements
Profile
  • Experience in account management and leading teams involved in account management
  • Track record of building and managing high performance teams, developing structures specific to account management/mining
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Additional language skills in German/French/Swedish will be an added advantage
  • Location in Germany/Sweden/UK offices of Infotech
  • Preferable: Exposure to engineering services - preferably in Rail, Aerospace, Heavy Engineering domains

Role
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing Infotech’s strategic long-term cross-border engineering relationships with major Aerospace OEMs (interiors, structures, avionics).
The position will operate out of our offices in Leonberg. The position will report to the head of aerospace accounts for Europe, and will interface with all major stakeholders in the relationship, including the client, our offshore engineering design center (in India), our local engineering teams located at the client’s site and the new business development team.
Responsibilities
Client Management
  • Responsible for identification and communication of the critical success factors of the strategic client engagement to the respective stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the client’s organization, acting as the local front end of Infotech.
Growth Management
  • Identification of new opportunities (account mining efforts), own/facilitate the proposal creation process for these opportunities.
  • Organize and lead discussions on proposals with client’s organization and work towards successful closure of contracts.
  • Create a long-term visibility for sustainable growth of the accounts.
 Client Satisfaction
  • Track the progress of various projects/programs under execution at Infotech.
  • Ensure the success of these projects/programs by assisting Infotech’s engineering teams in India in management of critical success factors.

Desired Profile
  • Experience in key account management in services business

  • Location in the South of Germany, willingness to travel
  • Exposure to aerospace engineering services – preferably with EADS/Airbus organizations as clients
  • Preferable:  Experience in handling large cross-border engineering/offshoring projects with India, preferably in Aerospace/Avionics domain

Overview
Design engineer on existing or new development program. Designs and develops structural engineering from concept through layouts for components and assemblies involving metals, non-metallic or composite structural materials for product design.
Typical components designed include: Primary Structures such as Skins / Stringers, Frames, Floor structure, Pressure Bulkheads / Pressure Floors, Door surround structure and fairings as well as secondary structures. 
Develops and maintains engineering bills of material and product structures. Applies the technical principles, theories, and concepts in the Airframe Design. General knowledge of other related disciplines is needed. Coordinates the inputs of a variety of disciplines including stress, manufacturing engineering and product support to ensure all engineering requirements are incorporated into the design. Activities will include developing work packages for remote design teams at Infotech delivery centers.
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate will typically have an engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five (5) to ten (10) years of related aerospace structural design experience.  
  • Proficiency in detail design of sheet metal/machined and composite components is required. 
  • Familiar with aircraft materials and processes related to structural design. 
  • Have a basic understanding of the stress and load paths related to structural design.
  • Familiar with Assembly and installation data sets. 
  • Experience with CATIA V4 and V5 and Enovia. 
  • Good communication skills are essential. 
  • Must have excellent computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Overview
Will work with airframe designers to guide the part design. Perform Finite Element analysis for airframe systems and subsystems.  This includes analysis of metal and composite material structures. Should have proficiencies in NASTRAN, PATRAN and some CATIA V5 or V6 training is preferred. Will need to be able to develop test requirements and compilation of stress and test reports. Deliver and manage the review of the structural analysis data package that includes, but is not limited to the following:
  • Finite element electronic model
  • Structural analysis using our client SAIS suite of structural analysis programs or hand analysis following our client Structural Design Manual.
  • Report ready documentation
The ability to support the manufacturing process in the disposition of Manufacturing Defect is an added plus.
Required Skills
  • BS in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
