Responsibilities

As a Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director, you will be involved in the formulation and review of policies related to the construction sector and built environment. Specifically, you will be working with Government agencies and other stakeholders to assess and make recommendations on topics such as sustainable construction, construction productivity, industry development and regulation, implications of climate change on the physical environment, and private estate upgrading programmes.

Requirements

• A 2nd Class Upper or above Honours degree
• At least 4 years of prior working experience in policy or planning preferred
• A good command of English, both written and spoken, good analytical skills and strong project management ability
• Expected to exercise initiative, pay attention to details and be a good team worker
