The Human Resource Development team works closely with our functional heads and key stakeholders to deliver effective people development strategies and programmes in the area of Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Communication and Organizational Development (OD). If you are highly-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and stimulating environment, we welcome you to join our exciting team which resides in the HR Unit under the Rehabilitation, Protection and Residential Services Division (RPRSD).
You will be responsible for the performance management process for the Division in terms of handling the annual appraisal, ranking, and promotion exercise. In addition, you will formulate and implement learning and development initiatives for the Division. Specifically, the role will require you to conduct training needs analysis, implement total learning roadmaps, systems and processes to develop and engage talents. In addition, you will oversee the administration and ensure the smooth running of training programmes.
Requirements To meet the challenges of this role, you should possess the following:
- A good degree in Business Administration, preferably majoring in HR or related disciplines - At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in handling at least one cycle of the appraisal, ranking and promotion process in the Civil Service - Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills - Proactive and a strong team player - Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
