| 7 years of programming experience in a e-learning industry. |
| Should possess a sound knowledge of AICC/SCORM implementation with Flash, and have an excellent knowledge of XML and its integration with Flash. |
| Should possess a strong command over OOPs concepts. |
| Should also have an excellent command over Action Script 1.0 and 2.0 (preferably with two years experience in this field). |
| Experience in relative technologies such as ASP/JSP and Macromedia technologies such as communication server, flex, Director, Flash remoting and cold fusion will be an added advantage. |
