Job Description:

Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution. Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc. Know best practices in project management to comply with standards such as CMMI. Manage project teams effectively and get the best out of them. Maintain good relationship with the clients while successfully managing the schedule and scope of the project. Identify process and product improvement opportunities. Successful project issue resolution (internal and external). Effective risk management and reporting to senior management.

Desired Profile:

Prefarably a  BE Graduate or a MBA. Project Management experience in IT/ e-learning/ content development. Knowledge of e-learning development life cycle. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in client expectation management. Well-versed with Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools. 3-6 years of Project Management experience in IT/ e-learning/ content development. Should have 2+ years of experience in managing projects.
