Job Description:
To Analyze customer specific product requirements, analyze the content given by the customer. and work with the subject matter expert (SME) to design appropriate instructional solutions in terms of content coverage and strategies.
To Develop instructionally sound design document or content outline in terms of structure, flow, content coverage, and complexity level.
To Mentor junior designers to produce effective design documents.
To Collaborate effectively with the inter and intra team members to achieve common targets.
To Work  independently to help the team meet all internal milestone dates.
To Demonstrates self driven initiative to take on additional responsibilities besides what is already defined per the role .
Desired Profile:
Graduate in Engg, Comp Appl, MCA, MBA, Dip in Journalism, English Literature, Mass Communication.
From the e-learning industry.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Good hands-on knowledge of instructional design; has developed effective design documents in the past.
4 + years  of  prior e-learning experience  as instructional designer./(7+ years  for ID Mangers).
Have designed instructional and visual strategies for learning courseware.
Exposure to design and development reviews.
Exposure to technical content creation for fortune 500 companies will be an added advantage.
