Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the Deputy HR Director in managing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions Including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & benefits, and Staff training & induction
• Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation, maintain and update employee manual. Support the payroll administration
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or the equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience working in Private Institution would be an added advantage
• In-depth understanding of local employment legislation
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiently in Chinese is an advantage as to liase with Chinese speaking client
