Job Summary & Responsibilities
Duties: Develop Goldman Sachs franchise with Emerging Markets dedicated to volatility accounts based in the US. Build strong relations with Banks, Pension Funds, Life insurance Companies, Mutual Funds, and Hedge Funds in the US. Market FICC products as the Emerging Markets specialist to the account base. Generate revenue targets, via flow and structured products. Travel extensively throughout the US to meet with existing and potential clients.Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or equivalent) in Engineering, Finance, Economics or a field with a quantitative focus. Five (5) years experience in the job offered or in a trading or distribution position covering macro financial products. Prior work experience must include five (5) years: experience in financial markets, transacting EM currencies, interest rates and derivatives in the role of trading and sales; market making experience must include OTC derivatives, Bonds, FX in emerging and developed markets; developing relationships with institutional investors, banks and corporations; and working with regulations to develop and adapt products for investors. Spanish fluency and FINRA Series 7 licensing required.
