- Performs CAE of Coil Spring, Leaf Spring and Shock absorber to provide inputs to various teams
- Responsible for design improvement of Coil Spring, Leaf spring from CAE and physical testing
- Preferably we need local Engineer from Malaysia for this role.
Qualifications:
- 4-10 years Hands on CAE experience of linear, non-linear (implicit, explicit, quasi-static), Static and Dynamic methods for springs
- Experience with Radioss (Bulk/Block) & Abaqus non-linear implicit
- Understanding of side load requirements and design variables to achieve the same
- Understanding of Multi Body dynamic results to take as input for FEA
- Understanding of performance & durability requirement of suspension components
- Preferable experience with Tier 1 supplier or OEM Suspension group in Design/CAE Team
- Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
