Tech Support:
Our products and customers are used to integrate systems that do not normally have the ability to exchange information. These systems can be complex. Supporting them requires significant problem solving ability and experience. The complex cases offer real challenges that can last over several weeks � unlike the normal repetitive and boring tasks many companies call tech support.
You will work with customers by phone, email and remote desktop.
You will apply your skills at data communications and networking to help resolve the problems.
Night shift may be required to support our customers in different time zone.
Please apply with your resume and list some of the programming projects you have done as part of your hobby. We will send selected candidates a work test - a small programming task that will require 2-4 hours of your time to complete.
Applicants can be based anywhere in India.
We will only interview candidates who pass the work test.
