West Responsibilities: - Support Sourcing and developments working with design team, HK Sourcing team and suppliers.
- Assist in Market Week preparation including preparing the line sheets/ look book in accordance to the dateline.
- Work with fabric supplier/mills to develop color dips, print strike off or handloom or embroidery to ensure timely turnaround on sample approval meeting the Time and Action calendar.
- Liaise with fabrics & special trims suppliers for sample procurement and track shipment schedule to ensure on time delivery to meet photo shoot and salesman samples delivery.
- Create raw data master file and manage updates which involve style changes, new add or style dropped pre and post market week information to flow down to bulk production executions.
- Monitor and follow up with overseas sub-con example sweaters/ leather suppliers to ensure proto samples, salesman samples are submitted to design team for approval meeting time and action.
- Check and verify Invoices for developments submitted from suppliers, HK team before handing out to Admin to arrange PO and payment approval
- Monitor payment status with Finance dept.
- Follow up duplicate Salesman samples with China sampling room after handover from design team.
- Assist in any other duties, which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements: - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Fashion related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in related discipline
- Strong fashion sense and excellent knowledge of product development as well as proficiency in price negotiation and lead time analysis and good sourcing skills
- Ability to work independently and well-organized as well as open minded to adapt to an multicultural working environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
