Job Description:

Would be involved for Architecture solutions completely. Would be involved in Proposal and Effort Estimation. Would be involved in technical grooming of the practice trainings, mentoring, hiring. Analysis, design and development of complex Java based web applications. Develop and implement short and long term plans to pro-actively ensure stability, performance and scalability.

Desired Profile:

Strong technology skills in most of the J2EE technology areas like Struts, EJBs, Servlets, JSPs, hibernate. At least 8 -15 years of solid experience as Java/J2EE/EJB developer on mission critical web-based applications out of which 2 - 4 years in technical architect role for Java web-based systems. Good Database and SQL knowledge. Must be able to write complex SQL Queries. Very Good knowledge of SDLC processes. Must have done Requirement Gathering and Analysis. Very Good in object-oriented programming concepts. Good Analytical skills. Good with Design Patterns. Good problem solving ability. Ability to focus on architectural aspects of systems. Flexible and willingness to travel.

Qualification:

Should be a BE/BTECH/ME/MCA from a reputed university or institute with 8 to 15 years of experience in technology companies.
