Job Profile: The candidate should have enriched experience in manpower planning, talent acquisition process, compensation & benefits, designing and implementation of HR policies, responsible for administrative functions in the area of recruitment, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records.
The candidates: Any candidate with post graduate diploma in HR/MSW/MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent field with minimum of 5-7 yrs of experience can apply. He should be proficient in HR matters with ability to communicate well with all levels of people.
