Responsibilities
You assist in monitoring the SAF HR accreditation and HR audit processes. You also develop tools to cultivate people development skills in leaders and proliferate HR best practices across the SAF HR community to attain HR excellence for MINDEF/SAF. Your challenges lie in your ability to understand the intricacies of inputs and requirements as well as to synchronise inputs into developing different milestones for People Developer initiatives.
Requirements
You must have a Degree, be attentive to details and possesses good analytical skills.
