Prior exposure to Object oriented design patterns is required. Basic knowledge of Database is desirable. Having experience in IDE adds more value. Should have experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX framework and Web services development. Extensive experience of Java and J2EE technologies is mandatory. Must be proficient in Advance Java, Struts and Hibernate. Strong knowledge of Servlets and JSP is preferred. Good communication, Technical and Programming skills are required.
