understanding of the subject.
Preferable: At least one year experience of working in

3 Private Secretary
Pay Band: 2 Rs. 9300-34800

35 yrs. 01 UR Essential:
(i) Graduation in any subject. (ii) Dictation: 10 mts @ 100
w.p.m. in English Shorthand and Transn: 40 mts on
computer (iii) Computer knowledge. (iv) Experience of
work in similar capacity or as PA/Stenographer with grade
pay Rs. 4200/- for 3 years.
Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having
good speed in Hindi shorthand and typing on computer
also.

upto 5:00 pm of 26-02-2013 in the prescribed format available in the ARIES website. The candidates shall apply along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 200/- for post
Sl. No. 01, 02 and Rs. 100/- for post Sl. No. 03 issued from any Bank in favour of Director ARIES, Nainital and payable at Nainital.
General Conditions:
(1) The application should be on the format provided on Website http://www.aries.res.in of the Institute with relevant details and
affixing one self attested recent colored passport size photograph. (2) The age limit is relaxable as per Govt. of India rules for ST
candidates on production of relevant certificates. (3) Advance increments can be considered for Meritorious Candidates keeping in
view the qualifications, experience etc. of the applicants as per norms. (4) The Applications will be accepted upto 5:00 p.m. of
26-02-2013.(5) The envelope containing the application must be superscribed in Bold letters ''Application for the post of
…………''. (6) The Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay. No correspondence in this matter will be entertained by
this office. (7) Mere fulfilling of prescribed qualification and experience will not vest any right in the candidates to be called for
test/interview. The Director reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason. (8) Self attested
Photostat copies of the documents of all the supporting facts must be attached. (09) All the applications should be sent to The
