ABOUT THE ROLE:
You should be an energetic and proven engineering contributor with a successful history of participating on small dedicated teams as a dependable member. You will have a proven track record for delivering high quality products on time that meet or exceed the product requirements. You have to work with, collaborate with, and integrate into the larger engineering team working from the same development plan and coordinating tasks and objectives effectively.
You will lead the design, development and implementation of Komli products and technologies and will work in a dynamic environment on a highly visible product and technology problems, defining, designing, implementing, testing, and releasing new features. You will technically lead a team of brilliant developers and demonstrate your leadership in both technology and product innovation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Degree in Computer Science (or) equivalent
•6+ years of professional software development experience developing mission-critical world class cloud based platform and applications.
•Strong technical skills in Core Java, Linux, XML, MySQL, Shell Scripting/Perl and Tomcat/JBoss
•Memory management, threads, I/O performance optimization
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to drive the problem resolution process from start to finish
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
•BigData experience on Hadoop, HBase, PIG is a plus
•Contribution to open source projects and development is a plus
•Technical skills in JSP, Servlets, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring
•Experience in resource scheduling, task decomposition, and risk management in an Agile environment
