Instructional Designer Lead - Mumbai, Chennai

Job Description:

Will be responsible for designing instructional and assessment strategies for the learning. Will manage a team of Instructional Designers and review, mentor and train the resources.

Desired Profile:

4+ years of prior e-learning experience as an Instructional Designer. Should possess sound knowledge of ID theories and current practices in the learning industry. Should have experience in designing learning strategies and developing ID approach documents. Should have exposure to developing courses for varied learner audience.  Exposure to developing for different learning mediums would be an advantage. Should have carried out design and development reviews of learning content .
